Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti da San Teodoro, proprio dietro La Cinta; ambiente nuovo, pulito, dotato di frigo con acqua e macchinetta da caffè con capsule, bagno molto spazioso e pulito, spazio esterno con possibilità anche di stendere, posto auto riservato davanti all’ingresso; consigliato.

La camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, terrazzino spazioso con stendibiancheria e tavolino, posto fresco e rilassante in campagna. Molta privacy. Per noi è stato l'ideale per andare a correre perché poco trafficato e ombroso. Decisamente consigliato

The room is exceptionally clean.
The issue with this property is that the owner is inflexible. I asked if I could stay outside 15 minutes before checking in to use the Wifi for a very important meeting and he said no. He couldn't accommodate me. Secondly, the property is 1.5 miles from civilization. You absolutely need a rental car to stay here. I made the mistake of thinking I could get a taxi or use Uber, and I was wrong. If not for a friendly neighbor, I would have been dragging my 45 lb. suitcase and 10 lb. tote to the bus station.
My suggestion is to take the bus from Olbia to San Teadoro. There is a car rental across the street from the bus stop drop off. Note: Didn't see this until the day I was leaving.
