Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i zadbane, dobrze wyposażone. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra jeśli chodzi o bliskość przystanków i odległość do starego miasta. Blisko także do portu i autobusu jadącego na lotnisko.
Szkoda, że w sypialni nie ma klimatyzacji.
