Historical home that's walking distance to restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Can walk to the park that has a pool and hiking. Centrally located. Close to caverns, JMU and Bryce ski resorts. Close to lake Laura and fishing. Hike the Shenandoah. Lots to do. Nice cozy backyard with grill.
