This modern and comfortable accommodation is located at just 600 metres from the historic centre of the medieval village of Asciano.
Set in a quiet and panoramic area, the apartment is very well furnished, with Tuscan-style furniture, and has air conditioning and a furnished garden.
The flat, 60 sq m, is located on the first floor of a small building and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Independent access, from the private and fenced garden via an external staircase, directly into a large living room with TV, dining table, large sofa, and kitchenette (4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine), a double bedroom with a 180x200 cm large bed (possibility of adding an extra bed), a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and a powder room. The living room leads to the terrace. Animals are not allowed
Distances: 600 m from the medieval centre and from restaurants, supermarket at 200 m, train station at 300 m. Siena at 27 km, Pienza and Montalcino at 30 km.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, heating bedlinen and towels, air conditioning. Pet NOT allowed. NO Wi-Fi-

Very comfortable apartment, excellent location for people w/o car: near the train station and the churches where the events took place. Everything was always working! The apartment is on the second floor but very easy climb. Our manager was very friendly and helpful,
