Located in Biscarrosse Lac Nord, in a private and residential residence
ACCOMMODATION:
Contemporary house of 180 square meters, on the 1st line, on Lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet.
Its advantage is that you will enjoy a commanding view of the lake, thanks to its waterfront location. The wild beaches are 150m walk from the house.
Large 80 square meters terrace with breathtaking views of the lake, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, garden table, Weber gas barbecue, ping-pong table.
The bright living room opens onto the garden and the large terrace with panoramic views through large bay windows. No air conditioning
Wifi (high speed connection: perfect for remote working), but no television.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with SMEG hobs and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, steam cooker, food processor, washer-dryer, and a scullery with a large fridge, wine cellar, freezer, ..
The night area consists of 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed
- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed
- 1 bedroom with a King Size bed or 2 single beds depending on demand.

Wooded and fenced garden of 2500M2 with direct access to the lake via a staircase from the residence. Possibility of parking 3 cars in the garden.

My husband and two young children absolutely loved our stay. The house is perfect. It has the most incredible view and access to the lake, where we had fun swimming and playing in every day. The people who own / rent the house are very helpful, suggesting all the best hot spots for eating out and activities. They were also very kind to let us use their paddle board, life jackets etc. Everyone had their space, the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The views are magnificent - I could not recommend this place more. A little corner of paradise. Highly recommend.
