About this apartment rental
Spacious 3BR/3BA corner-unit condo in Highlands Lodge with unbeatable access to the slopes just down the hall. This mountain getaway sleeps 8 and features ski lockers, boot dryers, underground parking, a heated year-round pool, outdoor hot tubs, and beautiful Strawberry Park views. After a day on the mountain, relax by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind on the private patio with a BBQ grill - the perfect home base for every season in Beaver Creek.

The Space:
Laid out all across one single level with no steps:
Living area:
- Large sectional sofa and two armchairs
- Wood burning fireplace
- Smart TV
- Dining table with seating for 6
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker
- Bar seating for 4
Bedroom One:
- King bed with large en-suite bath including a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and closet space
- Large office desk with chair
Bedroom Two:
- King bed with en-suite bath including double vanity and tub/shower combo
- Small office desk with chair
Bedroom Three:
- 2 queen beds
- Full bath with walk-in shower outside in the hall
Additionally:
- Private patio with BBQ grill and patio seating for 2
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Extra closet space
- Unit specific ski locker down the hall by the skier doors. Includes communal boot driers
- Underground parking for 1 car

Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, this condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access in one of Colorado’s most family-friendly luxury mountain destinations. Beaver Creek is known for its beautifully maintained slopes, upscale village atmosphere, heated walkways, and easy walkability.
During ski season, guests love Beaver Creek’s famous daily Cookie Time tradition, holiday lights, fireworks, and the charming village ice rink. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, concerts, golf, and scenic mountain trails throughout the resort and surrounding Vail Valley.
Beaver Creek is quieter and more relaxed than nearby Vail, while still offering a premium mountain experience with excellent dining, shopping, and year-round activities.
Getting Around:
No need to stress about driving once you’re here - Beaver Creek makes it easy to get around:
- Village Connect Shuttle: Free, on-demand service that picks you up at your door and takes you anywhere in the resort — lifts, village, restaurants, shops, or the hot tub.
- Walking Access: The condo is within walking distance to slopes, lifts, and village amenities.
- Parking: One garage space is included if you’d like to bring a car.
- Airports: Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is ~35 minutes away, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 2 hours.

Great location and layout. Wouldn’t call the unit “upscale”. Carpet stained/burned in several places. Some cabinet doors won’t close. No Kleenex/lotion. But the location makes up for it. I like the property manager’s focus on making the stay easy (just leave at checkout…no taking out the trash or stripping the beds). However, they need to work on communication. We had some difficulty with check-in…ended up being our error but they never responded to our request for help. Also requested a late checkout through their portal (one of their perks) but never received a response. Despite all of this, I’m willing to give them another chance.

Plenty of room for our family. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a long weekend. Quiet location a short walk from the beautiful Beaver Creek Village. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Really a perfect set-up for our family! It was a very convenient place to stay it was comfortable, easy access, nice patio, close to the things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed it very much!
