🔕 No Parties or Events
Only registered guests are allowed. Please communicate any additional guests in advance, as unapproved visitors may result in extra fees. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
📷 Security & Safety
An outdoor spotlight camera is on the property for security purposes.
🗑️ Maintenance
Our team stops by Sunday evening/Monday morning to move trash bins to the curb for Monday pickup. A reminder will be sent if you’re staying overnight.
🚭 Smoke-Free Home
Reynolds Residency is a non-smoking home and does not tolerate the use of drugs. Tobacco smoking is only permitted outside. A $150 per day fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.
🔧 Damages & Cleaning
Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing property. The cleaning fee does not cover stained linens that cannot be reused, and additional charges may apply for replacements.
📢 Reporting Issues
Please report any issues within 4 hours of check-in and let us know if you’d like them resolved. Failure to report will waive the right to dispute.
⏰ Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $50 per hour fee.

Lots of little things to make your stay better. Communication was amazing and the host was able to help us extend our stay due to weather. Location was perfect. Almost anything you need is no further than 10 minutes away. We all really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend.
