About this house rental
Great place for the whole family or a couples getaway. Gorgeous backyard with a large pool and hot tub with an outside kitchen, fireplace table. Our home has five bedrooms all with bathrooms two of the bedrooms have a jack and Jill bathroom. The living space has a large kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your meals and is open into the living room. Also, has a formal dining room and living room. This area has lots of nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. Also, just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a golf course.
First floor: one bedroom with bath, kitchen, living room, formal dining and living room, bathroom, and office
Second floor: four bedrooms, including the master all with bathrooms, laundry room and gym

No loud music outside the house.
Quiet time is 9pm outside.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
No smoking inside the house.
No parties or formal events are allowed on our property with out prior approval by manager.
30 day rental minimum unless approved by owner.
AT CHECKOUT please throw out all open food items from the refrigerator and put in the outside garbage bin.

We stayed here with a family of 13. Angie made sure there were appropriate sleeping arrangements for everyone. The pool was warm and there were lots of outdoor activities to do if we wanted to. The outdoor seating area received a lot of use. The fire table and patio heaters were a nice touch. If we we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean, well-kept and beautiful. The family loved the pool, and BBQ area. We would love to come back another year for family time.
