About this apartment rental

This unique coastal suite has a style all its own. Overlooks the botanical garden. Brand new renovations, complete overhaul. One bedroom separate/private space with bathroom, kitchen, living room, large windows. Fresh, clean, and cozy!

Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared back yard and laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents.

Any long-term stays (over 2 days) we cannot offer a refund after booking.

This was a comfortable, nice and quiet rental that was convenient for heading into town or over to the coast. It had a lovely view of the garden area, and the property manager was prompt to answer questions.

This place was perfect for everything we needed. The only thing that was confusing was reading the listing on VRBO, because the pictures posted are of two different rental spaces, but the owner clarified that it was a private space with a queen bed. I think the listing says that it's a twin bed, but it's a queen. The place was in a neat part of town near a beautiful park, and I highly recommend staying here for your trip to Coos Bay/North Bend!
