Located right on the sandy beach, you’ll enjoy a view of the beach and a partial ocean view—ideal for anyone who particularly values being close to the coast and having everything within easy reach. Thanks to the elevator, you can easily access this non-smoking apartment; a car is not necessary for your stay. Shopping options, a bank, a doctor’s office, and a hospital are all nearby.
The apartment features a total of two rooms, including a bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy living room with a sofa corner, sofa, dining table, and separate dining area. Tile floors in the living room and bedroom create a neat, friendly atmosphere. All windows are equipped with privacy screens.
