Welcome to our home away from home! Comfort, style, and location is what sets this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home apart. This home is newly renovated and decorated, has a cozy fireplace, new Smart TVs in each room, and has a great private backyard space that provides our guest with the ultimate 5-star comfort experience they deserve when visiting Big Bear Lake, CA. Guests will be close to all the local attractions such as ski resorts, the village town center, the lake, and more!

OCCUPANCY
>Every guest that visits Big Bear Lake is required to sign a good neighbor form when they arrive. Plan to give us your ETA to the home, and meet our check-in person at arrival to sign the form and ensure the occupancy count and vehicle count is within limits
>Guests must be 25+ to book this home
>Max occupancy is 6 (six) persons (this includes children/infants). Any more than this, and we will have to ask you to leave and forfeit your reservation payment. Big Bear Lake will fine us $1000+ if this rule is not followed, which would be collected by the guest.
>Please ensure your guest count is correct on the reservation. No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation are permitted on property.
PARKING
>Max vehicle count is 3 (three). Any more than this, and we will have to ask you to move your vehicle to a paid lot in town. Big Bear Lake will fine us $500+ if this rule is not followed, which would be collected by the guest.
PARTIES
>No parties, no events
FIREWOOD
>We do not provide firewood, but often times find that the previous guest leaves some behind. If you are looking to use the fireplace we recommend you stop at a local grocer or store in town to grab some
SMOKING
>No smoking inside the home, or near the home. If you choose to smoke, we ask that you step far from any open windows or doors, and you must pick up after yourself or there will be a $250 fine.
SMART TV
>We are not currently logged into any streaming applications and we do not provide cable, but each TV is a Smart TV with many streaming options where you can login to your personal account. Please remember to sign out prior to departing

>Sorry we do not allow pets
>$250 fine if guest brings a pet
TRASH DISPOSAL
>Big Bear Lake requires all trash to be removed by the guests (city ordinance). Trash can be disposed at this site: 41974 Garstin Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Keep all trash indoors until you are ready to take it to the site. If the trash is not properly disposed at check-out, guests will be charged $20/bag plus a $20 trip charge by our cleaning company if they have to take it to the trash site.
DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a deposit of $500-$1000. This would be refunded at the end of the stay upon inspection of the home.

>By booking this stay, all guests release the owner of the property from any and all liability from slippery driveway or walkway conditions

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
