Portofino is beautifully located on Florida's Emerald Coast, where it enjoys frontage on both the Gulf and sound sides of the island. On the grounds, you'll have access to multiple outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, five tennis courts, a fitness center, two adventure centers, a full spa, and several restaurants. When you head out to the beach, you'll also find rentals available for kayaks, surfboards, paddleboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

A truly special feature of this condo is its west-facing position, providing you with panoramic views of the Gulf, the sound, and the sunset each evening. It's a scene you can take in from the living area, the balcony, and both bedroom suites - each with its own bathroom, TV, and access to the outdoor space.

After a day at the beach, come home to unwind in central air conditioning, fix a few cold drinks, and slide open the balcony doors to feel the blissful breeze on the 20th floor. Use stainless steel kitchen appliances to get started on dinner, and seat your guests at the dining room table, at the breakfast bar, or outside on the balcony overlooking the beach. THINGS TO KNOW
**PLEASE NOTE: During the timeframe of June 7, 2025 through June 14, 2025 there will be The 2nd Baptist Students Church Group staying at the resort. This is a large group that has come for many years.
There is no smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated on-site smoking areas only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 20.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
