This newly remodeled mid-century style home sits on 10 acres with vibrant wildlife and offers maximum privacy. 5 min from the main road, it's conveniently located fewer than 10 min from local restaurants and shops, Pioneertown (13 min), Joshua Tree town and the national park (20-25 min).

The Space:
As a full-time resident of Joshua Tree for five years, I can honestly say that the views from our home are as exceedingly rare as they are majestic.

This private hilltop home was recently reimagined by a top designer into a sophisticated, timeless mid-century style. The picture windows, sunshine and vaulted ceilings allow you to take in the breathtaking mountain views to the west and valley views below.

Stepping into The Outpost feels like entering another (highly curated) era in the desert. The home sits on 10 acres and boasts rolling 360 degree views. The floor plan is an open concept and features two bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Spend lazy afternoons in the hot tub or cowboy tub before retiring to the fire pit for sunset cocktails. Watch the sun dip behind unobstructed mountain views to the west and north.

Spend your evening cooking inspired meals and lose yourself in deep conversation or quiet contemplation under a star-laced sky listening to the songs of desert coyotes rising from the valley below. The land and surrounding hills are dotted with Joshua Trees and full of vibrant desert flora and fauna. It’s located 5 minutes from Old Town Yucca’s main commercial strip with restaurants and shops. Pioneertown is a short 13 minutes away and Joshua Tree center and the national park are 15-20 minutes, respectively.

The hot tub are serviced on Mondays & Thursdays, approximately between 11am and 3pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the tub.

Please note that the cowboy pool is not heated and typically best for use during the summer, but the hot tub is ready for use year-round!
