Escape to luxury and convenience at this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World in the sought-after Windsor at Westside Resort. Perfect for families or groups, this stylish vacation rental offers all the comforts of home with added resort-style amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. Pool heating must be for a minimum of 3 days.
It would also need to be requested up to 48 hours before check-in.
BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty.
It would need to be requested 48 hours before check-in.
Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20/night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.

The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The gated community felt safe, secure, and well-kept. On our first night, the AC unfortunately broke down, but the property manager was incredibly responsive—someone was sent out within the hour to fix it, which we greatly appreciated.The pool pump, however, was not working throughout our stay, so the pool became a bit dirty after the first day. That said, we didn’t use the pool much, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. The game room in the garage, which featured a pool table, was quite hot, and the portable AC unit kept tripping the circuit breaker. While maintenance promised to come by the next day to address it, no one followed up. Again, this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it could be disappointing for guests who plan to use the game room more extensively.Parking is somewhat tight if you’re traveling with two larger vehicles like SUVs or minivans. Also, be aware that the resort’s main pool and spa are only open from dawn to dusk—so if you’re hoping for a late-night swim after a day out, plan accordingly.Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the home offered good value for its price and location.
