Please note this is a second-story condo that requires access by stairs and sleeps six adults, with a 9-guest maximum should you have the little ones (9 adults will not fit in this home, and will not be approved). Also, there is no A/C, like most homes in the coastal area, and pets are firmly not allowed. You will have tandem garage parking for two vehicles. If luxury is a must, then this is the unit for you!

Please note that from June 15-August 17, this property requires a seven night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday’s only.
This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials.
