Direct bay front home located in the quiet location of Slaughter Beach! Looking for an affordable water front vacation this year? This could be it! This pet friendly home is just steps away from the beach. Enjoy relaxing, swimming, and fishing right out your back door! The first floor consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area with TV, and a brand new bathroom (just finished April 2024). The garage area, also located on the first floor, is where you'll find the laundry area, and a few bikes that the owner is conveniently providing for guests to use. On the 2nd level you'll find gorgeous views of the bay off the living area, as well as, peaceful views of protected wetlands off the kitchen and dining room. There are also 3 bedrooms (2 of which have bay front views) and 1 full bath on this level. This home is pet friendly, so bring your dogs and enjoy walking and playing with them on the beach any time of day.
$200 non refundable pet fee, per pet. Dogs Only. (max 3 dogs)
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $245.40.
Guests who book will be required to purchase damage insurance, and that is included in the host fees.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A perfect get away on the beach. We enjoyed our daily walks and watching the sunset in the evening near the beach. The place and area was so relaxing. You can get to a nice restaurant within 15/20 minutes. The house was well maintained with plenty of room. We loved Slaughter Besch!

Lovely house, location was wonderful, bay views were great. Loved the natural beach and sea creatures who inhabit the area. We enjoyed visiting the local museum and information about Whelk Snails and Horseshoe Crabs.

Great views and easy access to your own private beach! House is very small compared to others surrounding. Horse flies are in abundance but expected considering the natural atmosphere. We brought bug spray and fly traps for inside the house. Host was very friendly and attentive when a broken bed and non functioning ceiling fan was discovered. Kids enjoyed the variety of bikes and scooters to use. We loved our stay for our mom's birthday weekend and would do it all over again!

Very quiet, peaceful home on the Bay. Cozy, quaint home with scenic views.
The beds were satisfactory. For future guests, we would recommend taking your own towels. The additional linens package would suffice for 4 guests, not a party of 8. The linen package included sheets for 4 beds, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 washcloths.
The house has numerous beach chairs, bicycles, 2 crab traps, fishing poles, metal detector, board games, and (some) games for children. There are some toiletry items previous guests have left, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, tissues, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, seasoning, spices, and oils. The house also has various cleaning products, brooms, mop, vacuum, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
The main items to bring are your personal items, food, beach towels, bath towels, and any entertainment during your stay.
