About this house rental

This lovely duplex style holiday home is ideally located for family vacations, with easy access to the beach and all amenities. The house is in the El Alamillo area of Puerto de Mazarron, a short walk from bars, and restaurants.

The accommodation comprises:

Front door leads into the open plan living area, with a balcony terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful sea and mountain views. the terrace has 2 sun loungers and dining are for 6 and is equipped with a sun screen to sit comfortably in the shade.

From the balcony you come into the living room
where you can find a large comfortable "chaise" style sofa in front of the flat screen TV and free internet access, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the beach. The living room has also a working space, where you can do some work on your laptop.

Going further from the living room, we come into the kitchen with dining table for 6. This large, modern and comfortable kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave,kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and coffee maker plus plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, to self cater a wonderful holiday.

Behind the kitchen there is a double bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space and a family bathroom with a shower.

Stairs down lead up to 2 more bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There are wardrobes and storage space.There is a further full family bathroom with shower on this floor.

The property has air conditioning throughout ( also with heating mode), in the living room, kitchen and 1st bedroom. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a ceiling ventilator. the other bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit.

To complex has a communal pool just 20m away, which is secure and for residents of the complex only.

The property has its own parking space in the underground garage that is only accessible for residents.

Smoking outside on terrace only, pets are permitted in this property.
