Recently remodeled space. Huge living room, big dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms w 1 king bed & 4 queen beds along with 3 bathrooms gives ample space for all to enjoy! Includes 2 parking spaces in the garage.
The rooftop is private for you and your guests to use. Unfortunately, the hot tub is NOT available for guests to use.
Gusts have private use of the whole place, but I live nearby and am always available via text for anything you need.

Great place - tons of space and best location! Only thing we wish we knew was that there is no elevator and one bedroom is a loft/not a true bedroom. Otherwise it’s perfect!

The location is fantastic for families and group couples. Venice Pier is in close proximity with lots of dinner/drinking options. The unit is spacious and the 2-car garage a bonus. Street parking available for more cars. The rooftop is awesome with a small ocean view. Everything was as stated. Had a great time from children to adults!

While we are unable to stay at the property due to some issues that needed to be addressed, the host was very responsive and very easy to work with and refunded our money right away. He also addressed the issues immediately and tried to help offer alternative accommodations. We appreciated his cooperation immensely.
