This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for small families, couples traveling together, Lafayette College visitors and anyone in town for a show at the State Theatre or a weekend of great food.

- Delaware River, Riverside Park and the Delaware & Lehigh Canal trails
- Lafayette College is a short drive or an uphill walk away

- Self check-in with a lockbox. Check-in 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Pet friendly: 1 pet welcome for a fee of $50 per night.
- Rate includes 2 guests; each additional guest is $50 per night, shown in the total at booking.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No smoking or vaping.
- Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are installed. For security, there are cameras in the building hallways and outside the building only; never inside the apartment.

Clean, great location. As stated it’s an old building so you can hear upstairs neighbor at times, but didn’t bother us at all. Great communication too!
