Cozy lakefront cottage - 15 minutes from Tremblant

This cottage grows on you. While the curbside appeal is lacking and proximity to HWY 323 is close, the place is actually very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. The road noise is not really an issue, the lakeside patio and the dock are amazing, and the location - very close to Brebuef, only 15 mins from Mont Tremblant (old St Joivite) is great.

The property is beautifully situated on a small quiet lake. There is so much wild life nearby - a loon family, dragon flies, kingfishers, and gorgeous surroundings. Close to St. Jovite and Mt. Tremblant but the nearby town has most daily needs. The rooms are very nice and there are plenty of linens and towels provided. This place felt so much like a proper cottage - with lots of places to sit down by the lake, including in a nice Gazebo, in case it rains. There are also some boats for exploring the lake but even just swimming is wonderful! The house is quite near a rather busy road but it is quite quiet at night. We went as a family visit and very much enjoyed ourselves! I would certainly return to this location.

We had a very nice stay. The lake/beach area is fabulous. Great place to sit and read. The lake is lovely and very tranquil as there are no motor boats. Having access to kayaks, a canoe, and peddle boats was great. The swimming area is gradual and rock free. The cottage is nice and well-equipped. The location near St. Jovite and Mont Tremblant is excellent. The only real downside is that the cottage is located right on Rte. 323, so just getting in and out of the driveway is a bit anxiety-provoking as the cars fly by. And we found the noise from the cars bothersome at times, particularly at night when trying to sleep. Overall, I would recommend it.
