Dirt road that is well kept by the HOA
Plenty of parking in the sides of the house and in front. ATVs can be driven in the roads, but cannot exceed 15 mph.

The property was very nice. The family members that stayed there were very pleased. Our group also rented two other houses and this manager was by far the easiest to work with and to get information needed

This Bear Lake is our favorite! The location is great. The house was just perfect for our three families with plenty of space and beds for everyone. Cam was so easy to work with too.

We loved staying at this beautiful home! My kids especially loved the bunk room, arcade game and air hockey table! The adults loved the deck with its awesome view. All the extra touches make it feel so homey and relaxing. We would recommend this property to everyone!

Great host, easy to communicate with, and timely messaging. Bear Lake is a great place to visit for any duration of stay. Host made it very easy to book, and manage. Highly recommend.
