Quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to Charlotte NC and surrounding cities. Historical town. This home has been in our family since the 1960”s and has been updated with windows, doors, floors and decor!

The owner was very easy to communicate with. She was very helpful when it was time to make a decision about whether or not we would stay there as we were offered an opportunity to stay elsewhere last minute. There was apparently some confusion with the VRBO app not confirming the stay, which is most definitely not the fault of the host. The town seems to be shutting down, but the area for the home seemed quiet.
