Home away from home!!!

Nice home and comfortable. Enough room for 8 people. Dining table has 6 chairs. Could use 2 or more chairs or bar stools. If you plan to cook, you will need pots and better pans. I’m glad I brought some after reading other reviews. I should have brought serving bowls too. There is a small charcoal grill outside.All in all, my family was comfortable and we had a really nice time. It felt like home away from home.

Loved the 4 levels! It helped give everyone space when it was needed. The house was clean and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Location was good and close to everything. My only issue was lack of information about check in and leaving the home. There was no information about what needed to be done at checkout.maybe a list could be placed inside the home fo future guests. Other than that we were very pleased with the home. Thank you

Wonderful house, very spacious and comfortable.

Overall well. I wish the unit was a little cleaner. The property is beautiful so a little more TLC would have been good. The downstairs area needed cleaned. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t clean but I cleaned everything to my liking upon checking in and it made our stay better. We felt safe and enjoyed to fireplace lights.

Took in some Pittsburgh sites and a steelers game. Perfect location

The house was very nice! I was disappointed in the communication. I messaged the host with an inquiry and did not receive a response until a month later. I requested check in instructions (wondering if a code would be sent etc) and was told “check in is at 4.” After 4 pm, I still hadn’t receive any information and had to message the host again to receive the code to enter the house. There were also no check-out instructions, other than the time. Also, the master room did not have a blanket, only sheets, and the house was extremely low on toilet paper. Other than the issues above, the visit went smoothly and the house perfect for the occasion.

Dear Vrbo, We recently had the opportunity to stay in a home in Monroeville for a family event. The home was beautifully renovated, and it was evident that a lot of work had been put into making it very nice. However, we do have a few complaints that we believe should be addressed. Firstly, although the home was advertised to sleep 10 people, there were not enough supplies for this number of guests. We found the kitchen lacking in pots, pans, bowls, silverware and other necessary supplies. Additionally, there was no toaster, which we had to go out and purchase because we had children with us. The towels were very thin and low quality. A significant issue was the lack of a washer and dryer, despite this being advertised as an amenity. When we messaged the owner, they informed us that it should not have been listed, but this left us unable to wash any towels or clothes for the duration of our three-day stay. Moreover, many parts of the home seemed not ready for rental. While the interior will likely be beautiful once complete, it was not ready at the time of our stay. The exterior was not aesthetically pleasing, and we had to sweep the area ourselves. Given these issues, we do not feel that this home was up to the standard we have come to expect from Vrbo rentals, especially considering the price we paid. Clean with a lot of new updates. Bathrooms/showers were spectacular - but no towels. Parking was very limited. No washer or dryer although listing said there was.

There have been recent upgrades and the home is better than the pictures. Bathrooms are excellent and covered patio is really nice.

5 adults and 2 teens enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day weekend at this property. So convenient to family, the mall, shopping and grocery stores, we all had ample room to spread out. TV sports watching for the men/ boys was a great plus! Questions answered very timely! Thank you!

It was my daughter's wedding weekend, and we needed a place to stay near the venue. The house was perfect, and the host was accommodating. Everything went great without any problems.

Our family came from California to PA for a memorial. The home location was perfect for family gatherings and events. The photos of the home are accurate but that's all. Pros: The house is in a great location. Cons: The house was "not clean". The few towels we did have for 10 guest looked and felt like shop towels. The 2 of the 4 bedrooms had no dresser or lugguage racks. All 4 bedrooms had no hangars for the closets. There were little/none dinner serviceware - 4 forks 3 spoons 4 knives. No real pots or pans to cook. 1 dish towel. The finishes are beautiful but the craftsmanship is horrible. The doors have locks but don't lock because they don't align - use the bathroom at your own risk. The entry door is death trap. No hand railing. If you have small children or elderly family members - not the best choice. I had high hopes for this property and was completely let down. I felt horrible that this is what I chose for our family stay. :(

The Home is beautiful. The contact with the owner was fine at beginning of booking. Seemed real Nice. Once it got closer to check in owner attitude and demeanor changed i was thinking because i was at the point i couldnt cancel or get a refund. He was sopose to give check in info 3 days before He didnt he message me n said i get it the morning of. when morning came he message n said I will give it when unit is ready Funny thing i was outside house already Parked and No one was there No cleaning ppl, No previous person booked So he lied. He told prior i can check in at 1 it is now 2pm still no check in info, i called it says line disconnected so now im in panic mode i paid for this 6 months ago having people come and cant get in i call customer serivce they stated i should of had code 3 days ago which i knew but i didnt want to be argumentative with the owener so i then text him and told him what customer service said literally 2 seconds after i sent text He sends entry code to house i pull in drive way immediately because mind u i been parked down the street had my daughter try code 1st try didnt work 2nd try it did. whew now we n with 1 hr to spare before our guest show up i thought that was rude because he said when unit ready as if someone was n there cleaning or gettinf out n that was a LIE he purposely made me wait n didnt keep his word for nothing had i not spoke to custo2 service he probably would of sent code at 4pm Maybe who knows. He does have cameras all thru house

While in route to Pittsburgh from Charlotte, I learned that the property owner canceled our stay, needless to say I started my vacation stressed trying to find lodging for 10.

Loved split levels for everyone to have space
