Great location. All on one intersection, Orange Inn for breakfast, THE Taco Stand (great tacos), grocery store, and beach access. Easy 2 blocks walk to downtown LB. Facility has a nostalgic coastal vibe but is older and needs some TLC. Rooms are nice, very comfortable King Bed, remodeled baths. However, we did not have hot water for 1st 24hrs. Due to a boiler issue. Entire facility is on one boiler. The manager gave us a $25 credit one days parking for our inconvenience.

This place could be really great -- well located, quite clean and attractive. BUT the bed was old, so my back was uncomfortable -- AND, as in many older properties, I could hear everything going on around me, including all folks going in and out of the gates, which banged shut each time. Very hard to sleep, esp when some folks dragged their suitcases out at 4am. gaaaa
