In the small peaceful village of Espousouille 5mins from Formiguères, 10mins from the slopes.
Located in an old barn formerly rehabilitated as a stopover cottage, the accommodation offers up to 13 beds.
On the first floor, a common reception room which gives access to a first bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 changing table + 1 baby bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. A second bedroom with 1 single bed + 2 bunk beds + 1 sink. Travel cot with mattress, changing table with mattress, baby bath.
On the first floor, a landing that can be used as a reading/rest area with a south-facing, very sunny exposure with roof windows. This landing leads to a very warm lounge area with wood stove + a semi-professional kitchen with a 5-burner gas piano / 2 ovens, a professional dishwasher, a large capacity refrigerator cabinet, a stainless steel work table as well as a microwave, an electric coffee maker and a 4-insert toaster + a dining room (2 tables for 8 people). Separate toilet. Booster seat for children + high chair. Children's crockery.
On the second floor, 2 master bedrooms with double bed + a dormitory with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed + a large shower room with 2 sinks and separate toilet.
Fenced garden of 80m2 with picnic table. Charcoal barbecue.
Gas central heating.
Free parking and petanque court 50 meters away - possibility to unload in front.
