Located at the intersection of Yellowcreek and Sipsey Rivers, this waterfront house provides an easy walkway to the lake with amazing views. From the dock, you can hear Worship-on-the-Water and watch one of the best 4th of July firework shows on the lake. The house, completed in October 2022, offers 3 well furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bonus den with a sleeper sofa, very spacious family room with cathedral ceilings, and a large back porch for sunrise coffee or sunset relaxing. The kitchen has first class appliances and pairs well with the Blackstone and RecTec pellet grills on the back porch. If you are too exhausted to cook, Chef Troy's is just three mile back up the hill. A firepit overlooking the lake offers a wonderful space to gather with family and friends.
