This lakeside vacation home is just a hop skip and a jump away from the beach and tailor made for family and friends to bunk up by the water and have some summer fun! The property features 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a games room, outdoor tiki bar and fire pit and much more! Become household ping pong champ, take your paddle boards out to the lake or crack your favourite beverage at the tiki bar! Pack your sunscreen and shades and come unwind at our beachfront retreat.

Guest have access to the entire home! Excluded on the property is the garage loft SUITE located at the back. There is guest parking at the back of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Sylvan Lake is one of the most popular recreational areas in Alberta, with over 1.5 million visitors per year. Water based recreational activities include boating, dragon boat racing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing in summer and ice fishing, skating and snowmobiling during the winter months.
Lakeshore Drive is a prime location for summer fun, good food and activities!
Getting Around:
This vacation home is planted right across from the beach so most amenities and activities are within walking distance however a vehicle might be useful if you need to travel further into town.
There is plenty of parking in the park and some in the front as well.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: The master bedroom balcony is closed off for repairs until further notice, please do not use it.

- Approved occupancy by the Town of Sylvan Lake 10 Adults, children do not count towards occupancy capacity.
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Boarding Pass after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

Great location and spacious with ample parking available. It is a wonderful place to share with family and friends and has a serene vibe with stellar views of the lake. We were even able to see the New Year’s Day fireworks! Loved the oversized dining table which was perfect for large family gatherings. The hosts were courteous and responsive in all communications.

This home is really fun, it is well appointed, with lots of sleeping options and a very helpful host. There were lots of cobwebs in the basement, and a few maintenance items that the host was very receptive of. Maybe likely to us staying early in the Spring, but the entrance we were to use was overblown with leaves and the yard could use some Spring TLC.

Spacious and beautiful finishes and decorations. There are worn and tear items that need attention before it becomes a bigger problem. Disappointed that I couldn’t get the built in griddle to work. I loved that the kitchen and dining room easily accommodated a large family. I appreciated the check in from host during the stay.
