Wake up to one of the most breathtaking views in Nerja, from your own large private terrace overlooking Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean.
Welcome to Casa Palmqvist, our much-loved holiday apartment in the unique Capistrano Playa in Nerja.
Set among beautiful Mediterranean gardens, waterfalls and traditional whitewashed buildings, Capistrano Playa has the atmosphere of a small Andalusian village. Our apartment enjoys a particularly special position, with spectacular views over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean.
The large private terrace of approximately 40 m² is one of the highlights of Casa Palmqvist. With sunshine from around 9 am until sunset, it is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, relax with a book, have lunch in the sunshine or simply sit back and watch the sea and the changing colours of the sky.
THE APARTMENT
Casa Palmqvist offers approximately 60 m² of living space and a large private terrace with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view.
The apartment has:

CAPISTRANO PLAYA
Capistrano Playa is one of the most distinctive places to stay in Nerja.
The complex is built around a beautiful lagoon and surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, flowers, waterfalls and traditional whitewashed buildings. Winding paths lead through the gardens and down towards the beach.
There are communal swimming pools within the complex, including a children's pool.
The combination of the beautiful setting, the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the beach makes Capistrano Playa a very special place to spend your holiday.
BURRIANA BEACH
One of the great advantages of Casa Palmqvist is its proximity to Burriana Beach.
A pleasant walk through the gardens takes you down to the beach, where you will find golden sand, clear Mediterranean water, beach restaurants and chiringuitos.
Spend the day swimming and relaxing by the sea, enjoy lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants or simply sit with a drink and watch the world go by.
The coastline around Nerja is also wonderful to explore on foot, with beautiful views, smaller coves and the famous coastal path towards the Balcón de Europa.
NERJA
Nerja is a charming Andalusian town that has retained much of its traditional character.
The centre of Nerja is approximately a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and the narrow streets of the old town.
The famous Balcón de Europa offers spectacular views across the Mediterranean and is one of Nerja's most iconic places.
Nerja is not only a summer destination. Its sheltered position between the Mediterranean and the Almijara mountains gives the area a particularly pleasant climate throughout the year.
Whether you are looking for beaches, good food, walking, culture or simply somewhere to slow down and relax, Nerja has something to offer.
DISCOVER ANDALUCÍA
There is also plenty to discover beyond Nerja.
The beautiful white village of Frigiliana is just a short drive away and is well worth exploring, with its narrow streets, traditional houses and mountain setting.
The spectacular coastline towards La Herradura and Almuñécar offers beautiful scenery, small coves and wonderful places to stop for lunch or a coffee overlooking the sea.
For a day trip, Granada and the Alhambra are within easy driving distance. The surrounding mountains offer opportunities for walking and exploring, while the famous Nerja Caves are another popular attraction in the area.
And if you simply want to stay close to home, you may find that the hardest decision of the day is whether to walk down to the beach or stay on the terrace and enjoy the view.

My husband and I spent the month of March /25 in this beautiful apartment. We were very comfortable in this nicely appointed apartment. The view from the balcony was incredible! The location of the apartment is convenient to the beach and shopping in Nerja.

We really felt very much at ease at this wonderful apartment. Most stunning was the terrace with the fantastic view to the beach. Furthermore you were provided with everything you need for a complete holiday concerning going to the beach, preparing meals or just relaxing in the apartment. We definetely will find our way back to Capistrano 105, ;-)
