Palm Villa is located on Las Adelfas 2 complex on Golf Del Sur. It is a semi detached villa with its own private pool plus the complex has a further 4 pools. The villa is very spacious with a large living room and separate conservatory/dining room. There is a large patio area surrounding the pool with lovely views over the adjacent golf course, the ocean, Red Rock and the mountains.
The villa has 2 large double bedrooms with one having a en-suite bathroom plus there is a family bathroom adjacent to the other bedroom. The en-suite bedroom has a super king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be placed together to make another super king bed.
There is a large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge, kettle and toaster plus a utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine.
There is a 55” smart TV with UK, Irish, Spanish etc. channels plus free Wi-Fi.
There is also great outdoor space, with its private pool, dining table, sun beds and gas bbq.
Las Adelfas 2 is a lovely complex with its 4 pools and The Waterfall Bar/restaurant on site which has entertainment on most nights plus great food. They also have a sports bar that show most sporting events.

The villa is a short walk to the local marina and San Blas shopping centre with its many bars and restaurants. Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas is a short drive, taxi or bus away.
There are local supermarkets a short walk away and there are larger supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Hyperdino and Iceland at Las Chafiras which is a 20 minute walk or minutes by car or taxi.
