This beautifully renovated one‑bedroom condo offers a bright, open floor plan with all‑new furnishings, appliances, and tile flooring throughout. The living area features a comfortable queen sofa bed, a faux fireplace for ambiance, and a 65" TV for relaxing evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for easy meals at home. In the bedroom, a king‑size bed provides plenty of space and comfort. The bathroom includes a walk‑in shower with a lovely stone floor and a separate vanity area.

Our stay in Carpinteria was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, cozy, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach, downtown shops, and great restaurants. The space was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even making an exception to allow our family to stay together, which we truly appreciated. It made the trip even more special. Carpinteria itself is such a charming, peaceful beach town, and La Cabaña was the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a promise to come back. Thank you Kyle for such a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect however I never could understand how to operate tv and had trouble with the door lock would have preferred a key but being of advanced age was probably the reason!
