Welcome to Grand Blanc Maison. With over 11,000 square feet, this Art Deco masterpiece offers many places to gather or find a quiet corner to relax. The residence blends resort-style outdoor living, curated interiors, and generous guest accommodations, all close to world-class golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, a day spa, and restaurants.
Featured by Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, and Netflix, among others, this residence was designed by an HGTV host. He spent over a year collecting artwork, sculptures, and Art Deco-style furnishings and decor to create a distinctive atmosphere throughout the home.
Grand Blanc Maison offers 6 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 adults or families of up to 16 (with additional fees). With two separate wings, the home gives guests a comfortable degree of separation.
Services including private chefs, housekeeping services, massage therapists, personal trainers, and select local experiences can be arranged through the in-house concierge for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Grand Blanc Maison was amazing! My wife, my young son, and I loved it! We felt like royalty. It had everything we could possibly ask for. Waking up to the beautiful views was breathtaking, and a super comfortable king-sized bed made for the best sleep in a very long time. I can't rate this place high enough. We're beyond grateful to have had the chance to enjoy this phenomenal property!

Absolutely incredible! Grand Blanc Maison exceeded all our expectations. The home is simply stunning; it has to be one of the nicest homes in San Diego. The location is convenient, and there are so many fun things to do. The estate manager was very courteous and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This was more like staying in a small boutique hotel than a home. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the amenities offered. It's hard to choose a favorite, but the high-end coffee machines were a big hit with my family. You'll feel on top of the world at Grand Blanc Maison. Highly recommend!

An impeccable stay at Grand Blanc Maison! The villa's stunning design and attention to detail made for an unforgettable experience. The private chef prepared an exquisite meal for us. Each dish was a work of art, and dining on the terrace with breathtaking views was magical. It's a must-visit for food lovers! We can’t wait to come back.
