Welcome to 'The Palm Farm', a holiday rental nestled in the quiet village community of Smiths Lake. This spacious and pet-friendly home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and ample car parking for 4 vehicles.
Sleep peacefully with a variety of bed sizes perfect for families or friends travelling together. Cot also available in one of the bedrooms.
Prepare easy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. Older style kitchen and drawers. Gas stove. Gather around the dining area or enjoy al fresco meals in the back yard while soaking up the bushland views. The expansive garden area is perfect for outdoor activities or lounging with your favourite book.
Not to mention, a swimming pool awaits for you to cool off on warm summer days. Unwind with some TV or challenge someone to a table tennis match. Games room in the garage. Complete with Air Conditioning in the main bedroom, ceiling fans throughout and this rental ensures year-round comfort.

Our stay was great but can I suggest for more air conditioning in the bedrooms as some of the rooms get very hot.

This property is such a spacious and comfortable place for a relaxing holiday. We had all our family stay for a week and it was such fun and space for everyone. Location is great. Loved the fact that we could observe the local wildlife too. Highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come again, such a beautiful location and perfect size for our large extended family, so kid friendly !!
