After some exploring, enjoy cooling off in the private outdoor pool surrounded by a safety fence, or catch some rejuvenating San Diego sun poolside. The backyard hosts a large patio table for outdoor dining and it's conveniently covered for shade. The front yard has a nice landscape and plants for your viewing pleasure.
Inside, kick your feet up and relax on the sofa that's perfect for watching a good movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. There is a convenient desk where remote workers and students can get their job done while on vacay. When mealtime comes, utilize the updated kitchen to whip up tasty meals during your visit, too! Additional perks include a brand-new washer/dryer. This is the perfect place to make memories and reminisce about the day's adventures!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and updated. Nice neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable. Close to all the fun stuff. Vacasa was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. The pool was chilly.

The pool was unusable because it is not heated. I wouldn’t have paid the price for this house without a heated pool. I’m sorry I did.
