Modern Lakeside Villa

You'll find an open floor plan on the main level with amazing views of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for meals and activities, a large leather sectional, and an electric adjustable fireplace with a heater for those especially chilly nights. Also on the main floor is a half-bath and a laundry room with a large capacity brand new LG Washtower with Steam.
Step out on the back patio and you'll find plenty of comfortable seating as well as a gas fire-pit table and a Blackstone griddle/grill large enough to cook an entire meal for 8 or more.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a King bed, TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, plenty of closet space, and a spa-like private tub room equipped with various bath salts and oils. The master suite has a walk-out slider to a semi-private deck where you can sit and watch the sunrise.
The other two bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. The bunk bedroom has two full size beds - sturdy enough to hold a football team but enough room on each bed for one larger adult or two smaller adults/children. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and chair, TV and also a semi-private walk out deck with two loungers to catch some rays on sunny days.

The bedrooms have high-end linen sheets and comforters while the bathrooms are equipped with oversized soft bath-sheets. Wifi is available throughout the home and each room has its own heating/cooling split unit so there will be no need for fighting over the thermostat!
