Welcome to Otivar – a beautiful, stylishly decorated apartment that's sure to make your stay in Berlin unforgettable! Located in the charming neighborhood of Charlottenburg, this 50 square meter apartment is the perfect home base for your Berlin adventures. This apartment is just steps away from some of Berlin's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. And with easy access to public transportation, it's easy to explore all that this amazing city has to offer.
Step inside and you'll be greeted by a spacious, living room that's perfect for relaxing, working, or entertaining. The rustic dining table, plants, and wooden furniture add a touch of natural beauty to the space, as well as keep the grassland theme alive, while the full entertainment system and dedicated workstation ensure that you'll have everything you need to stay connected and entertained during your stay.
The apartment features one comfortable double bedroom with a queen size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, ensuring that you'll have plenty of space to freshen up and get ready for a night out on the town.
But perhaps the best thing about Otivar is the beautiful terrace, which offers the perfect spot for enjoying a meal or a drink with friends. The outdoor sitting and eating area is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful weather, while the fully furnished kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
