4.8 rating from reviews on other listing sites! LOCATION, location! Quiet and active 55+ community. Comfortable, simple, peaceful and centrally located. One renter must be at least 45 years of age!! No unauthorized guests allowed. Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 minutes to Skydive City, 20 minutes to Tampa and Busch Gardens, 45 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to outlet mall, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Minutes to restaurants, grocery, hospital and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the evening around the community ponds, play putt putt or basketball in the park or stay in and read a book or play cards/ board games, watch a video with your family!

The Sunshine Shack was perfect for our stay in Zephyrhills. It’s very convenient to everything we needed and very comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Crissy is very friendly and helpful.

The Sunshine Shack was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We had the opportunity to stay a whole week and it had everything we needed and more. The games provided made for some great family nights after long days at the local beaches. We took our grandparents with us and they were comfortable the whole time and even grandma got to enjoy the community bingo. The place truly makes you feel at home the moment you step in. Our host was wonderful and was very helpful with instructions, checking in/out and everything in between.. she even checked in on us. Which made us feel like family. Thank you Crissy for everything! 10/10 recommend this beautiful cozy place for you and your family the next time you make your way to Florida 😊🌞
