Upon entering the home you are welcomed by an updated kitchen, and open living room. Kitchen features new cabinets, appliances and countertops. Reverse osmosis filtered water and instant hot water in the kitchen are available for guest use. Ample cabinet space is available, and the kitchen is stocked for all your meal prep needs. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, dine indoors on the four person dining table with mountain views. The living room features seating for six, a 50in. Smart TV and direct access to the pool and backyard area. Full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. Guests may park one vehicle in the garage, and additional two vehicles in the driveway.

Located on the north side of the home is the en-suite primary bedroom. Primary bedroom features a king bed, dual nightstands, a 50in. SmartTV, ceiling fan, and a walk in closet. The ensuite bath features a walk in shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom is located on the south side of the home features a king bed, dual nightstands, closet, mountain views, ceiling fan and a 46in. Smart TV. Guest bedroom has access to a shared bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom features two twin beds, closet and access to the pool.
OUTDOORS
The large and open backyard features a private pool. Covered outdoor area provides a dining table with ample seating for six. Two burner BBQ is provided for the guest use and is connected to natural gas. Catch some sun or read a book while relaxing in a chaise lounge.

We were very pleased with the accommodations ! Loved the location very close to ElPaseo. Felt very safe to walk and neighborhood friendly. The owner had thought of everything to make for a pleasant stay. There were extra blankets, pillows and beach towels and each bathroom had personal items for use. The kitchen was well stocked. The TVs were wonderful as we are sport fans and didn’t want to miss games. Directions for arriving and leaving were very straight forward. (The little neighbor boys were quite entertaining.) I would book again and highly recommend. Wonderful!
