Amenities include complimentary Starlink wireless Internet access, central air conditioning/heat, and one internet TV. Dining table with seating for four plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. Standard coffee maker. Dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a private dock, covered porch with water view, rooftop deck, and covered ground deck. Outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and bike rack. Covered parking. No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. No Pets Allowed. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
