This large Landes house of 150 m2 is located 20 minutes from the beaches of the Landes (Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse).
A stone's throw from the Basque Country, it will be easy for you to discover our beautiful south-west region.
You can enjoy the calm of the site, a wooded garden and the 9 x 5 m fenced swimming pool.
The pool has been secured with safe Ô fences.
Very quiet area, ideal for recharging your batteries and decompressing.
You will be woken up by the singing of birds...
You can walk along the banks of the Adour river and take the towpath.
