About this house rental
Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom.
We went with a romantic, french country theme in our color scheme and decor for the space. The furniture is overstuffed to provide you with as much comfort as possible.
I am local but do not plan to visit unless requested or needed. Please feel free to ask about the great restaurants and things to do in the area!
**This neighborhood does have an active train track down the street.
Safe neighborhood with the police station and government building just a block away. Walking distance to all the cute shops and local restaurants and brewerys of downtown Miamisburg.
Please note that this is located in an older, downtown setting and there is an active train in the neighborhood. Individually wrapped ear plugs and a white noise/sound machine are provided for light sleepers.

Such a cute house and property, it was close to the nice little downtown with restaurants to choose from. Beds were comfortable and shower had plenty of water pressure. It was comfortable and cozy.

Since I stayed here before I had an idea of what to expect and I was not disappointed! This is such a great house to vacation in and visit family in Miamisburg! Not to mention all the activities within walking distance too! Highly recommend this cottage! Thanks again Renee! Hope to stay again next year too!

The house is decorated with style and is very cosy. We enjoyed staying there whilst visiting family. Fresh crispy bedsheets offered good night sleep and the owner left coffee and water for us which was very thoughtful. We would definitely suggest this house if you are in miamisburg. Thanks for having us.
