In the heart of the Larzac and the Dourbie gorges, discover our cottage in the authentic Nant, the green jewel of the Aveyron, a village of water crisscrossed by many small canals.
"Chez nous": calm and a change of scenery are the order of the day. You can enjoy many activities with family or friends.
A very nicely decorated haven of peace! You will love discovering the objects found here and there, which make up a harmonious whole.
The house offers a surface area of 87 m² + outbuildings. The entrance is located on the 1st floor. You will access it by a beautiful stone staircase. You will find, by pushing the front door, the main room, including the kitchen and the living room. This gives access to the balcony and the staircase going down to the terrace and the garden.
Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, the bathroom and a cabin room. On the top floor, there is a 2nd bedroom and a dormitory, ideal for children.
You will also have access to outbuildings located on the first floor: cellar, shower room and WC, summer kitchen and garden.
For leisure: arcade games with 5000 games, ping-pong table, bicycles...
