This New home is in the heart of Midtown and Downtown Nashville and in the center of Music Row and the Downtown Gulch. Enjoy this extremely modernized home with 20 FOOT CEILINGS. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live and you simply have access to it all. There is not a better location in Nashville, period! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and security cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior and you'll love the homes. Make sure to inquire with the Owner about accessibility and, if you are a large group of 10 or more we can be creative. The house was just like the pictures! Clean, modern and great for a big group. They have thought of everything. Great communication. We walked everywhere. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Broadway. Plenty of parking on street for cars.
