Sehr schöne Lage, gute umliegende Infrastruktur, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Es hat alles funktioniert wie es soll.

Sehr gute Lage, toller Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Schönes freundliches , sauberes kleines Appartement. Kleine neue Küchenzeile. . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider ohne Ofen , es gibt eine Mikrowelle. Ein Dunstabzug wäre schön gewesen beim Kochen. Es fehlte im Wohnbereich etwas die Gemütlichkeit , Ikea Charme mit Gebrauchsspuren . Ebenso ist das Laminat etwas ramponiert.
