Located very close to Bukit Bintang, which made everything easily accessible.
Only complaint was the lift waiting time quite long.

The location is convenient. There are several shops nearby for essentials, a lovely coffee shop and a juice bar.
So so so crowded. Not enough lifts, so long delays reaching the lobby and long lines to use the elevator. Leaking air cons. Overwhelming smell of air freshener. Overcrowded pool. The whole system is managed by WhatsApp and lock box keys. It was SO expensive for what you get, which is basically a bedroom and a kitchenette with the bare minimum of plate, cup and a spoon. Very stressful stay and did not enjoy it at all.
