Perfect location in the center

It was pretty noisy from the upstairs neighbors and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom

A bit hard to get into - in their instructions they should mention how you need to twist the key and hold to get in

Location is optimal, right in the center of split with access to diocletians palace and the ferry port in 5-10 minutes walking. Little noise despite being right in the trick of things. The property is clean and the management very responsive. We were a bit early to the check in and they accomodated. I think the value is very decent given prices in Croatia. We were in three other locations in Croatia and this was the best value for money, which we did not expect given that it is in the city center of the major city in dalmatia and the demand that there is for accomodation

The room is located and the most optimum spot as you enter old town. It was evident that the space was recently renovated as the bathroom was totally remodeled. We had some difficulties accessing the key, but the response was immediate and we were able to resolve the issue within minutes.

Initially, when we entered the room, it was evident that a lot of money had been used to refurbish the space, particularly the bathroom. The problem was that, either it is an ancient building or the Plumber was not skilled in the reconstruction. When the room upstairs was occupied, and they flushed their toilet, all of the sewage Odor was immediately ejected into our bathroom. Fortunately, my husband is a retired contractor and knew immediately what the problem was, so we were able to saturate towels and throw them over the drainage portals in the shower and the sink.
