Proximity to beach and stores, comfortable, nice yard, pool table, hot showers, heating and cooling system works very well,
We noticed a little bit of musty smell when we arrived (but not overwhelming).

Everything! The beds were so comfortable and it had everything we could possibly need. The pool and the spa were awesome.

The house was very spacious. We were a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and could really spread out in different areas. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we had the pool heated, so could swim anytime. The firepit area was great also. Lots of nice furniture in the pool area. Jason, the owner, answered immediately if I asked him a question. I also liked that he got in touch with me a week before our visit, just to let me know everything was ready for our visit and that we would get an email the day before our visit with the key pad instructions.
Some of the pans and cookie sheets needed to be replaced. Needed more dishwasher pods and washing machine pods.
