So we booked the service appartments, which are managed by the hosts and not the hotel reception, we had to call the host and get our keys, which was a decent experience.
This process could have been explained in advance, also they kept calling us to confirm the arrival, can't do anything about it buddy, the traffic was a mess.

The view is absolutely amazing and made a really positive impression on our stay. Reena, was very attentive and got us what we needed. The apartment’s aesthetics were beautiful & the aircon/heating was brilliant. We attended the daily Aarti and a Lohri celebration which were very special.
The mattresses were very hard. Some attention needs to be given to the shower heads and how long the hot water lasts. These let the accommodation down.
Sadly, whilst we were visiting the pool was closed and there was work going on at the reception area which closed the main entrance. We would have liked to have known this in advance of coming.

We liked the location, and facilities such as the swimming pool
Cleanliness of the room was substandard. There were moulds and fungus in the kitchen . No laundry bags were provided.
