Staff are attentive. They can anticipate what we needed and readily extends tends their help.
Charging us for the laundry of beddings for menstrual stains. Whether there was a stain or not, you have to wash the linens just the same. That is why I don't see the point in being charged for it. It dampened the joy we had for the 2 nights and 3 days.

Proximity to beach.
The property is not well maintained. The charging socket came out without touching. The bidet jet was not working properly and shower water pressure and tap water pressure is tooo low. Very less water per day is provided and you need to think about it. Basically, you pay to see the beach. Definitely not a premium property considering the price they charge.
