Buena Ubicacion

No cambian toallas ni ropa de cama, solamente pagando, cosa que no aclaran previamente, la única critica

Me encantó la ubicación, la infraestructura y la decoración de interior, tanto del departamento como del edificio. Las personas que están en recepción son muy amables y es muy práctico el sistema para entrar a las instalaciones

Me gustó todo, un pequeño detalle es que en los días calurosos se suele encerrar el calor en el baño, pero con el aire acondicionado en unos minutos se soluciona !

No se nos informó que el sillón cama no estaba habilitado para ser usado, por lo que no contamos con una segunda cama.

The room was beautiful. Very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well. The host communicated with me through cell phone and was very kind and tried to help in every way he could.

The instructions to get into the hotel were confusing. The front of the hotel was not clearly marked, and we had a little trouble finding it. The hotel has no parking so we had to find another parking structure, which was rather expensive and inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was extremely spotty. I had to have help from the front desk three times to get the Wi-Fi to work and to get the television to log on. They only programs on television were what was what was connected to my cell phone. We were put on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. At our age that was extremely difficult and inconvenient. There was no emergency exit. The only exit was the four story staircase, and if there was a fire at the bottom or near the staircase, there was no way out! There was no front desk. There was a little office where we would talk to the girls who worked there, and whoever the host was was in touch with me on my cell phone and was very kind but it was difficult to solve problems over the phone. Hot water was extremely limited. We were only allowed nine-minute showers.
