L&S Superior Apartment with Balcony near Old Town and Bačvice Beach

Das Appartment ist extrem sauber, offensichtlich erst kürzlich voll saniert und renoviert, sehr neutral und fast perfekt eingerichtet. Hier kann man auch während eines längeren Aufenthalts in Split gut wohnen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Strand und Hafen / Stadt sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.

Von außen sind Haus und Nebenhaus sehr häßlich. Aber man gewöhnt sich an den Anblick. Der Balkon im Appartment ist sehr klein.

This place was in a great location, just a 7–10 minute walk to downtown. We absolutely loved having free parking right next to the unit, such a convenience! Communication with the host was clear, easy, and very helpful. The unit itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with little touches, like a Nespresso machine with pods, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and even washcloths, top sheets, and a beach towel (which we especially appreciated as American travelers). At first, the area might seem a bit questionable, but it’s absolutely safe, we felt comfortable at all times. The unit also had two balconies, one in the front and one in the back. The front balcony gets a little morning sun, which made for a lovely start to the day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with everything we needed and more.
